Chakras are an essential part of our body’s energy system, because they are intimately connected with our physical and emotional health. Each is linked with specific parts of the body and to systems within the body. When a chakra is open and balanced so are its connected body parts, but if the chakra is blocked or damaged then the connected body parts and systems will reflect this.
